How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

  • We ship from multiple warehouses located in states like California, New Jersey, Texas, and countries like China. Shipping time depends on your location. Our standard shipping timeframe within the United States is typically 7 to 15 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process the package. For orders outside the United States, the timeframe is 10 to 20 business days, followed by 2 to 4 business days for the sorting facility to fully process your package. In general, expect to receive your package within 10 to 20 business days in the U.S. and 20 to 30 business days for international orders.
  • However, delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending on your location and how long it takes to clear customs. Please note that delivery time may vary during holidays or limited edition releases.
  • For special and promotional items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery as they may be MADE TO ORDER.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor for any additional fees, customs taxes, or final charges incurred.

How can I track my order?

We will email you your order’s tracking number once it has been fulfilled. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take 2 to 5 days to update in the courier’s system.

Where do you ship from?

It depends on the availability of the product you purchased and the state or country where you want your order delivered. Some products ship from the United States, while others ship from countries like China and Hong Kong.

Where are your products manufactured?

Most of our products are manufactured in our factories located in Asia, specifically in China and Hong Kong.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • The shipping fee may vary depending on the desired shipping address and the option selected by the customer. Shipping fees start at $5.95 USD.
  • In some cases, international shipping may require the payment of import/customs taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Thesnapmarts will not be responsible for customs duties or similar charges.
